Cyndy was always professional and maintained a positive attitude. As a first time home buyer, she took the time to go over the process with me. I found this to be very helpful. Once my offer got accepted, I found that I reached out to Cyndy more often than her proactively contacting me on updates and to ask her questions. I had very few check-ins from her.There were also times she was unable to answer questions regarding the HOA details, confirming seller made required repairs and the home warranty payment. My experience did not require much negotiation however she definitely stayed on top of my lender to sticking to the initial closing date. Overall, Cyndy seemed very busy with her time however she was nice to work with and did a good job of getting me into my first home!
