She was very professional but also down to earth and easy to talk to, and very, very attuned to our needs as first-time house-buyers who were anxious and had a lot of questions along the way. She also went out of her way at the end of our closing process to make sure that we were reimbursed for things we had to take care of due to the previous home owners, and she left us a very sweet "take care" gift in the new place when we moved in.
